Custom French-style doors and windows, an expansive ceiling height and a pitched roof creates an airy and spacious atmosphere, enhancing the home’s charm and uniqueness.

The first light-steel frame hemp house constructed in the Australia & in the world! Made with locally sourced industrial hemp & locally sourced timbers, this house was built with the highest standards of sustainability. The upper level has 3 bedrooms & a large open-plan kitchen- living area opening to a L-shape deck with views over the valley & down to the ocean. The lower level includes a carport and workshop opening to landscaped grounds.

Set on a beautiful rainforest block, this home was part retrofit and part new build using hemp, wood and mixed passive elements. As a family home it was designed for a sense of spaciousness and comfort, using passive house principles to ensure the hightest energy efficiency. This included the use of double glazed windows and doors are featured with lift-and-slide systems to conserve airtightness

Creative renovation & restoration for a 100 year old flood-damaged house using recalimed timbers, anitique tiles and non-floodable lower level living space. Our clients went for a unique retro fit-out. Our team accomodated their eclectic style by custom-making fittings including etched glass shower screens (hand drawn by the client). We also made a library from reclaimed hardwood and floorboards left over from the demolition of certain walls and rooms.

Modern hemp and passive home in the hills of Eureka: mixing hemp masonry and passive house technology (according to Passive house design systems). Lounge features central masonry fireplace, open decks and views to the hinterland..Extensive use of recycled materials and custom made joinery by our own team of carpenters. Sustainable all electric house with Solar system, using state of the art energy efficient appliances throughout the house and state of the art hot water heat pump. Outdoor area includes a fire pit, cactus gardens and stone steppings.
